Founder & Executive Director, C Doreswamy, is a Postgraduate in Botany from Mysore University, with 35+ years of experience working inNGOs. He is an expert in planning, implementation, monitoring &evaluation of a wide range of development programs. He has undertaken many National and International consultancy projects. Mr. Doreswamy was the Vice President (Quality Improvement) for Network of volunteer Development in Asia (NVDA) during 2014-16. His core area of expertise is Watershed management, Tree Based farming, Organic Farming, Community Organization and CSR Projects. He is a trained Auditor of ISO Standards and widely known in National and International communities related to Natural Resource Management.

Mr. MadhuSudhana H.T

President, Mr.MadhuSudhana H.T, is a graduate in Forestry from UAS Bangalore with vast experience of 20 years in the Rural Development sector in both NGO and Government sectors. He is an expert in Project formulation, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, Process documentation and Evaluation. He has worked in Agriculture and allied activities and Agriculture produce. He also has expertise in Sustainable agriculture farming and is a known speaker on the topic

Smt. Ambikamma

Director, Smt. Ambikamma, is a Postgraduate in Arts from Bangalore University and has more than 15 years of Experience in NGO Sector. She is specialized in Community Organization, Women empowerment and Promotion of Livelihood activities. She is a trainer for Government and NGOs on topics related to different kind of Peoples Organization, Women Empowerment and Microfinance for Livelihood. She has represented the foundation on many National forums on the related subjects.

Mr. Prakash. C. Koshti

Mr. Prakash C. Koshti is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the development sector, specializing in community organization, training, documentation, counseling, and guideline creation. His extensive project involvement includes initiatives like Jalsamvardhane Yojana, Jalnirmal project, and Swachh Bharat Mission, making him a distinguished Senior Social Development Officer in the Belagavi Smart city Project, recognized for his expertise as a guest lecturer and resource person in various educational and training institutions.

Mr.B.Manjunath , graduate from Mysore University with an Experience of 20 years in the development sector. He is expertised in Community organization, Organic farming ,Sustainable Agriculture and watershed management.He is good in coordination of International Volunteer for Inter cultural Learnings. He was deeply involved in Conservation of Alive ridley Sea Turtle in the coastal Belt of Karnataka.He has organised many events in creating awareness for Fishermen community and School children on Turtle Conservation.
