Lowe's Companies, Inc. is a well-known American retail company specializing in home improvement and appliance stores. Over the years, it steadily expanded its operations and product offerings, becoming one of the largest home improvement retailers in the world.

Lowe's operates a vast network of stores in the US, Canada, and Mexico, offering diverse products like building materials, home appliances, tools, decor, and garden supplies, while emphasizing customer satisfaction through e-commerce and efficient delivery services, maintaining its position as a top retailer in the home improvement industry and shaping the way people improve and maintain their homes.

As a part of Lowe’s India’s Centenary celebrations, Lowe’s India CSR had decided to plant 100 saplings. Lowe’s with Oasis foundation with a total budget of 4,50,000. While planting is a key activity, survival of these saplings is critical. To ensure success, A project was ideated with community involvement and participation for sustainability

• Empowerment and awareness of the RWA about plantation and getting permission from the concerned authority.

• Land preparation, pitting, filling for plantation and plantation involving employees of Lowes’, NSS Students, RWA Members

• Post plantation de-weeding, bush cleaning, water and basin making, monitoring and RWA orientation on Exit plan and final Handover
